Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure timely reconciliation of all AR ReconNet customer and cash clearing accounts as assigned.
- Research technical systems and administrative processes to identify and correct any balancing discrepancies between ReconNet and SAP.
- Work with the IT department to correct systems issues and perform daily unloading of duplicate files and/or making necessary journal entries.
- Provide support to AR staff in researching accounting issues.
- Design/maintain/analyze Excel workbooks for tracking and reporting as needed.
- Participate in special projects while fulfilling regular duties.
- Develop and maintain a general knowledge around the TA/Petro/QSL operations and accounting in order to administer and assist in creating proper accounting procedures.
- Assist the Manager in facilitating team meetings and training sessions for team members.
- Provide support to departments with questions related to receivable activity in both ReconNet 3rd party and all other SAP related receivables.
